1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "99jb", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 99jb platform, operating under international gaming licensing.
• "Platform" means the 99jb website at https://99jb.org, any associated mobile applications, and all services accessible through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the Platform, identified by a unique username and linked to a verified mobile number and identity.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PKR-denominated in-platform credit balance held within a Player's Account, which may be used for wagering on eligible games and betting markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cashable credits issued to a Player's Account by 99jb as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under 99jb's licensing obligations, which includes submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on the 99jb Platform, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, individual bonus terms, and game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

99jb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 99jb Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity. Corporate entities, organisations, and agencies may not register player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion currently active on your Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of 99jb or any of its affiliated software or service providers.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of 99jb services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

You agree that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point of verification is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the 99jb Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 99jb employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with its international gaming licensing obligations, 99jb is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to allowing continued gameplay. Verification may be requested at any time and may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and evidence of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe stipulated by 99jb support will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

99jb will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from 99jb requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 99jb support immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 99jb support immediately via live chat. 99jb will temporarily suspend Account access pending investigation. You are liable for all activity conducted on your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access, except where 99jb is demonstrably at fault.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your 99jb Wallet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on payment method and Account verification status. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

99jb does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another individual — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.

6.1 Failed or Delayed Deposits

In the event that a deposit payment is confirmed by your payment provider but your 99jb Wallet has not been credited within the expected timeframe, you should contact 99jb live chat support with your transaction reference number. 99jb will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed as received, credit your Wallet accordingly. 99jb accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player's Account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to compatibility.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours for standard verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–2 business days. Players at Gold VIP tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing with accelerated turnaround commitments.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request will be processed, the Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds in the Wallet must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or the Player must elect to forfeit remaining Bonus Funds before withdrawal.

99jb reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for additional security verification on transactions above defined risk thresholds, in accordance with its AML compliance obligations.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

99jb periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus Funds are all specified in the individual bonus terms. As a general principle, live casino games, table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements — the specific contribution percentages are stated in each bonus's terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

99jb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; low-risk or stake-hedging play patterns designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal variance; withdrawal of Bonus Funds immediately upon meeting wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, 99jb reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

8.3 VIP Programme

The 99jb VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity over defined rolling periods. Benefits, cashback percentages, withdrawal priority levels, and account manager entitlements at each tier are published in the VIP programme terms available after login. 99jb reserves the right to modify VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, and associated benefits at any time, with advance notice provided to affected members where reasonably practicable.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the 99jb Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, virtual sports, and table games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer processes provided by our partner gaming software suppliers. All RNGs used within the 99jb game catalogue are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 99jb's system logs are treated as the authoritative record of game outcomes. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on 99jb's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. 99jb does not accept claims based on alleged game malfunctions where system logs confirm the round was completed normally.

99jb reserves the right to void any game result where there is credible evidence of software exploitation, collusion between players, or any other form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes.

10. Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 99jb — including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and virtual sports — are subject to additional rules governing bet settlement, voided markets, and in-play wagering. These rules are published in full within the Sports Betting Rules section accessible from within your 99jb Account after login.

10.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body or officiating authority. In the event of a result reversal by the governing body after initial settlement, 99jb will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the corrected official result.

10.2 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where odds are published due to a manifest error — including pricing errors, feed errors, or human input errors — 99jb reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the original stake to the Player's Wallet. 99jb will take reasonable steps to identify and correct obvious pricing errors promptly, but cannot guarantee that all errors will be identified before bets are placed.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99jb Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or the cashier.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function. Any Player who identifies a vulnerability is required to report it to 99jb support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated play in live dealer games.
• Placing bets designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event in conjunction with individuals involved in that event (match-fixing).
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of any criminal offence.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 99jb staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

12. Responsible Gaming

99jb is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed time during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the nominated exclusion period.

13. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 99jb. Unauthorised use of 99jb intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99jb and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary decision to gamble, including losses resulting from normal game outcomes.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond 99jb's reasonable control that affect Platform availability or game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 99jb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Account Termination & Suspension

99jb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement or regulatory request requiring Account suspension.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 99jb support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99jb holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 99jb's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

99jb will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receiving complete information from the Player. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 99jb's gaming licence authority.

17. Amendments to These Terms

99jb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or player rights — 99jb will provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the registered address on affected accounts.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 15.
